A summary of the research center and its objectives

The purpose of the research center for Iranian medicine and medical history, approved by the Council of the University of Medical Sciences in Babol in 2015, is to provide research to researchers, to strengthen researchers in Iranian medicine and medical history, to develop comprehensive research in related fields, and ultimately Participation in community health promotion was established. This is a research center at the University of Health Research, which, according to a research council resolution, in addition to approving and monitoring research projects in the field of traditional medicine and medical history, is responsible for monitoring and monitoring all plans that address these issues. It is also provided by other research centers of the university.  The main focus of this center is the design and validation of standard diagnostic tools in Iranian medicine.
Research in the form of animal and laboratory studies, clinical trials and overview studies has been carried out or is being carried out at the facility.
In addition, a mega project at this research center is being carried out with the aim of tooling in traditional Iranian medicine (deterministic instruments). The research center has also started its activities since 2014 as part of the AHAP Cohort Project (AHAP1), in which more than 2,000 elderly people in the city of Amirkula have been diagnosed.
Research on the relationship between diagnosis with more than 900 clinical and laboratory data obtained in other parts of this cohort is being carried out with the aim of moving towards the idea of temperament in the elderly.
Also, a research aimed at designing and validating a standard deformation questionnaire in the elderly, along with this project, is ongoing.
