Health Center of Traditional Medicine of Babol University of Medical Sciences has been inaugurated in 2012 with the presence of Dr. Seyyed Ali Mozaffarpour at  Shahid Beheshti Hospital. The first Iranian medicine clinic in the north of the country was opened in February 2014 with the presence of Dr. Khodadost in an area of approximately 150 square meters.

The location of the health center is located on Shahid Qasemi Ave, after Shahid Beheshti Hospital and next to the International Branch of the University. In this clinic, there are two doctor's room, 2 specially designed rooms for massage, blood-letting, cupping and leech available for both men and women, as well as a pharmacy dedicated to medicinal herbs.

Also one of 10 health clinics in the country has been approved in the country with an area of about 3000 square meters for the traditional medicine in Babol, which is under construction with the assistance of university officials at one of the best universities campus.
